Job Description

We are hiring for our client Initium Solutions.

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated CEO Personal Assistant who will be aligned with our professional services organization and has a demonstrated ability to provide topnotch operational and administrative support to our CEO.
Our ideal candidate is a team player who is comfortable working in a fastpaced environment sometimes under pressure while remaining flexible resourceful and efficient. You exercise sound judgment in a variety of situations have strong written and verbal communication skills impeccable organization and attention to detail and the ability to maintain balance among competing priorities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEOs calendar and schedule meetings and appointments in a way that maximizes their time and productivity.
  • Handle correspondence including emails letters and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare presentations and other materials for the CEO to use in meetings and other events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO including booking flights hotels visas and ground transportation.
  • Act as a gatekeeper filtering incoming requests and information to ensure that the CEOs time is used efficiently.
  • Support the CEOs strategic initiatives by conducting research developing new programs and preparing for board meetings.
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Develops Filling system hard copy and soft copies
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff suppliers and clients
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Producing documents briefing papers reports and presentations
  • Follows up pending subjects & report the feedback.

Qualifications
  • 01 year of experience in an executive assistant role Personal Assistant or similar role .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Discretion and confidentiality essential.
  • Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Very time efficient selfmotivated and organized.
