Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in developing implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products or services. They are responsible for driving the growth of the businesss online presence and engaging with the target audience through various digital channels. Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and drive qualified traffic to the companys digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize the companys website ensuring its effectiveness in generating leads and supporting the overall marketing strategy.
- Oversee the planning and of all digital marketing including SEO/SEM marketing database email social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using datadriven insights to continually improve and optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies while leading and managing all digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as content and design to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging across all digital channels.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement implementing them effectively within the organization.
- Manage and develop digital marketing team members providing guidance support and performance feedback.
- Monitor and anticipate changes in the digital marketing landscape and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Digital Technologies or related field; Master s degree is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role with a demonstrable track record of successful digital marketing strategies.
- Expertise in digital advertising SEO/SEM and social media marketing with a strong understanding of digital analytics and datadriven marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM email social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics NetInsight Omniture WebTrends) and marketing automation platforms.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
- Strong understanding of website design content management and development as well as email marketing best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate digital marketing strategies and results to senior leadership.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to increase conversion rates.
- Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on leveraging data to drive marketing insights and decisions.
- Industry certifications such as Google AdWords Google Analytics and HubSpot are highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and dynamic environment maintaining a proactive and flexible approach to digital marketing challenges.
