Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct indepth financial analysis to understand the company s financial health and performance and provide actionable insights to management.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets periodic forecasts and longterm financial plans.
• Variance Analysis: Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financials providing detailed commentary on the underlying drivers.
• Data Interpretation & Reporting: Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to track key metrics. Generate periodic reports for senior management.
• Market Research: Analyze market trends competitor data and industry performance to assist in strategic decisionmaking.
• CostBenefit Analysis: Evaluate financial implications of new investments business initiatives and products by performing costbenefit and ROI analyses.
• AdHoc Financial Reporting: Provide adhoc analysis and reporting as required by the management team.
• Risk Analysis: Identify potential financial risks and suggest mitigation strategies to minimize financial losses.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like Marketing Sales and Operations to gather data and provide financial insights.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies assisting in internal and external audits as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Economics Accounting or a related field. A master s degree or relevant certifications like CFA or CA is a plus.
• Experience: 35 years of experience in financial analysis budgeting and forecasting.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial tools (e.g. QuickBooks SAP Oracle Financials).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI Tableau) is a plus.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex financial information clearly.
• ProblemSolving: Ability to work independently and solve complex financial problems.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills capable of working crossfunctionally with multiple teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CA (Chartered Accountant) is an advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the finance industry and investment banking is preferred.
