To help us scale our impact we re searching for a Digital Marketing Manager who knows the ins and outs of performance marketing is adept with cuttingedge digital tools and can seamlessly blend technical skills with creative strategies. The Role: Are you a digital marketing pro who knows how to drive results We need someone who can take the lead on our performance marketing campaigns optimize our online presence and ensure our digital touchpoints are as effective as they are engaging. From managing performance ads and marketing automation to working on website tweaks and app management you ll be the engine behind our digital strategy.
Your Mission: Performance Ads Specialist: Own and optimize our performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Facebook Instagram etc.). You ll know the metrics that matter and how to turn ad spend into growth. WhatsApp Business API & Automation: Leverage the power of WhatsApp to engage our community automate interactions and build campaigns that convert. Email Marketing Maestro: Design implement and manage email marketing campaigns that resonate with our members and prospects using segmentation A/B testing and datadriven insights. App Management: Oversee our app s digital strategy ensuring it s aligned with our marketing goals and optimize user experience to drive engagement and retention. TechSavvy Marketer: Ideally you ll bring a working knowledge of HTML/CSS and be comfortable making minor updates on WordPress. You ll collaborate with developers or take the reins to make tweaks that improve our website s performance. Analytics and Reporting: Track analyze and report on campaign performance. Use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve our digital marketing efforts.
Who You Are: A digital marketing veteran with experience in managing and optimizing performance ad campaigns. Familiar with WhatsApp Business API and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot Mailchimp or others. An email marketing expert who knows how to engage convert and retain customers through effective campaigns. Experienced in app management with an understanding of how to drive downloads usage and engagement. Technically inclined with a solid understanding of HTML/CSS and WordPress or at least comfortable working closely with developers to implement changes. Datadriven with a passion for using analytics to finetune and optimize marketing strategies.
