We are seeking a dynamic US NonIT Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of USbased NonIT roles recruitment best practices and be highly skilled in sourcing and hiring the best talent. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills a proactive attitude and expertise in the use of internet resources for recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the fullcycle recruitment process for NonIT positions in the US market including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards social media platforms and networking to identify and attract top talent for NonIT roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the job requirements and create job postings accordingly.
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications conducting initial interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for critical positions and ensure timely communication with all candidates.
- Leverage datadriven recruitment techniques and tools to optimize hiring processes and improve timetofill metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends in the US market and maintain an extensive database of candidates.
- Work closely with the HR team to facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires ensuring they are aligned with company policies and culture.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with candidates ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

- Experience: 45 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on US NonIT roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various NonIT sectors and job roles common in the US.
- Sourcing Expertise: Must be highly proficient in using internet resources including job boards (Indeed etc.) social media (LinkedIn) and other sourcing tools.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with candidates and stakeholders.
- Attitude: Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- ProblemSolving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues during the recruitment process ensuring smooth operations.
- Agility: Capable of adapting to the fastpaced US recruitment landscape and managing multiple roles simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to manage candidate data efficiently.
- Experience working in an agency or corporate recruitment setting focusing on the US market.
