Job Title: Production Manager

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes and ensure optimal production efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformer production and a proven ability to lead teams effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production management preferably in the transformer manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of production processes quality assurance and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in production planning and inventory management software.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of production operations for transformer manufacturing.
- Develop and implement production plans schedules and budgets to meet company goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations throughout the production process.
- Lead train and motivate the production team to achieve high performance and productivity.
- Monitor production metrics analyze data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with other departments such as procurement and engineering to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime..
