Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling grinding milling etc.
• Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings to determine manufacturing requirements
• Adjust machine settings for optimization and adherence to specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to address any issues or discrepancies
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their longevity and performance
• Document production and quality records for traceability and improvement purposes
• Adhere to industry regulations and standards for aerospace manufacturing

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations is a plus
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator in an aerospace manufacturing environment
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately
• Proficiency in CNC programming and machine setup
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Knowledge of precision machining and material properties for aerospace applications
• Familiarity with measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
• Understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
