Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and development of the MCP project.
- Define and enforce architectural standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Ensure the scalability performance and security of the MCP project.
- Drive the integration of MCP with existing systems and technologies.
- Conduct regular architectural reviews and assessments.
- Identify and resolve technical design issues and risks.
- Participate in project planning and provide architectural input.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in cloud and architecture.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align architectural decisions with business goals.
- Document architectural designs decisions and guidelines.
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training on architectural topics.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions and decisionmaking processes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a senior architect in complex enterpriselevel projects.
- Expertise in cloud architecture and technologies particularly within a managed cloud platform.
- Strong knowledge and experience in system design and integration.
- Excellent understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- MCP (Managed Cloud Platform) certification is required.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to align technical decisions with business strategies.
- Proficiency in designing scalable highperformance systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in conducting architectural reviews and assessments.
- Indepth knowledge of security and compliance best practices in cloud architecture.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Experience in promoting a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.
