Overview:
The ServiceNow Developer plays a crucial role in the organization by leveraging the ServiceNow platform to design develop and customize solutions that streamline business processes and enhance overall productivity. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Design develop and implement custom applications modules workflows and interfaces in ServiceNow.
- Configure ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem Change Service Catalog and CMDB.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow scripts using JavaScript HTML CSS and REST/SOAP web services.
- Support integration efforts for ServiceNow with other thirdparty systems.
- Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure solution quality and seamless functionality.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support and enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development and adhere to governance processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
- Minimum of X years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and AngularJS.
- Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL processes.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing the CMDB module.
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services and integration technologies.
- Proven ability to design and implement workflow automation within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
