Position Title: Partner Marketing (Assistant/Deputy Manager)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and resultsdriven Partner Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the companys growth through the effective activation of marketing strategies and robust business development initiatives. Additionally the manager will implement a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and provide support for webinars and scientific sessions while ensuring all marketing materials are current and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement activation strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present business proposals including pricing and contract negotiations.
- Track and report on activation and business development metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Execute various tasks such as testimonial shoots marketing campaigns and other branding projects within the given timeline.
- Implement a CRM tool coordinating with different teams to facilitate its smooth adoption and providing necessary training and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather testimonials from doctors and ensure all marketing materials are uptodate and meet organizational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on event coordination partnership management and business development.
- Proven experience in activation marketing business development or related fields.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficient in CRM tools.

Additional Information:
- This position will require travel for conferences CMEs RTMs and other events.
