Partner Marketing istant Deputy Manager

• Develop and implement activation strategies to promote brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market opportunities.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and industry influencers.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present business proposals including pricing and contract negotiations.
• Track and report on activation and business development metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Execute various tasks such as testimonial shoots marketing campaigns and other branding projects within the given timeline.
• Implement a CRM tool coordinating with different teams to facilitate its smooth adoption and providing necessary training and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather testimonials from doctors and ensure all marketing materials are uptodate and meet organizational standards.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 3 years of experience in marketing with a focus on event coordination partnership management and business development.
• Proven experience in activation marketing business development or related fields.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make datadriven decisions.
• Proficient in CRM tools.
