About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate highstakes projects from inception to customer delivery. As a key player in our team you will ensure projects are executed within budget on time and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned projects from planning to implementation ensuring that they meet client expectations.
- Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the tasks of engineers to align with project goals regarding budget timeline and quality.
- Resource Analysis: Evaluate and allocate necessary resources based on ongoing projects.
- Client Interface: Act as the primary point of contact with clients providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Technical Expertise: Leverage your technical skills to support your team in troubleshooting and finding innovative solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final product meets the client s specifications and passes all testing phases successfully.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the technical office to ensure the machine s viability and reliability postcommissioning.
Travel Requirements:
- Travel is required with a maximum of 15% of time spent traveling primarily within Europe.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Education: Bachelor s or Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering Automation Electrotechnics or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role particularly within the special machinery sector.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in mechanics automation and electrotechnics.
- Languages: Fluent in French and proficient in English (minimum B2 level) both written and spoken.
- Personality: You are methodical rigorous and dynamic with the ability to work autonomously. You are passionate about new technologies and are a proactive problemsolver.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with ERP systems and general IT tools.
- ClientOriented: Strong communication skills and a clientfocused approach with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Origin of the Candidate: Desired experience in the special machinery environment.
- Flexibility Criteria: Salary expectations will depend on age education experience and skills ensuring internal equity.
- Work Permits: The client accepts applications requiring administrative procedures for a work permit (residence permit work permit various authorizations) under certain conditions for EU citizens.
Organization Structure:
- Team Management: Direct management of 23 constructors and an assistant coordination of electrotechnicians but no direct management of those encoding processes.
- Department Structure: 14 project teams currently with plans to reinforce these teams.
