Job Description
Job Role: Scrum Master Junior
Location: Frankfurt Germany
Language Required: German (B2 level or above)
Working Mode: Hybrid
Job Type: Contract/Permanent
Services Required:
Moderation of agile project meetings (sprint planning retrospectives)
Capacity and velocity tracking
Technical advisory on Scrum implementation
Removal of obstacles and impediments
Participation in technical project meetings and Scrum events
Facilitation of communication between the product owner and project team
Project Details:
Location: Frankfurt am Main Germany
Service Provision: Onshore from Germany; any service outside Germany requires client approval.
Technical Requirements:
Experience:
o Minimum 2 years in agile project management (Scrum and Kanban)
o 2 years in software development
o 1 year with appbased information systems for internal employees in trains
Skills:
o Proven experience in moderating team meetings
o Certification as Scrum Master
o Experience with cloud technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure)
