SAP PPQM with S4-PPDS

Title: SAP PP/QM with S4PPDS
Location: La Verne CA (Day 1 onsite)


Job Description:
Our requirement is for S4 HANA PPDS called ePPDS S4 HANA (embedded PPDS).
Objective is PTD Architect is able to communicate design and work on all these process and work. We will have EWM PLM and other team members part of his team.
We need architect owning end to end PTD for Gilead


Required Skills:

12 years in SAP S4 PP/QM
8 years in SAP PP/DS
4 years of PPPI experience
Well versed with end to end business process design
Must have at least 4 full life cycle implementations experience of SAP PP/QM
Must have at least 2 full life cycle implementation experience of SAP PP/DS
Able to design and architect solutions
Strong knowledge and hands on experience in the following technical areas:
Production Master Data (Recipe BOM Resources)
Demand Planning
MRP
Shop Floor
Production Data Structure
Planning Heuristics
Automated and Interactive Production Planning
PP/DS Optimizer functionality
Production processes like MTS MTO Repetitive Manufacturing
Contract Manufacturing
Engineering Change Management and Order Change management functionality
Process management using PI sheets Process control systems integration etc including expertise in Recipe management and Active ingredient calculation process
SAP Quality Management areas including Quality Planning Quality Inspections (inbound inprocess recurring outbound) Result Recording Usage Decision
Integration with other Quality Software like LIMS etc.
Well versed with RICEFW Functional Specification Creation
Well versed with UT IT and UAT cycle.
Experience in Life science vertical would be added advantage.
