Job Description

Position: Account Delivery Lead Healthcare (AVP Level)

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Professional Services team and oversee the implementation of core and ancillary administrative platforms for Healthcare Payer clients. This role is responsible for endtoend project management ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver largescale healthcare projects ensuring ontime and withinbudget .

Serve as the primary interface between clients and internal teams managing relationships and proactively resolving issues.

Create and maintain project schedules resource allocation and status reporting.

Ensure delivery meets contractual SLAs and mitigate project risks.

Collaborate with departmental leaders to secure resources and meet client needs.

Requirements:

15 years of experience in managing healthcare projects specifically in the payer segment.

Strong understanding of platform implementation and project management methodologies.

Handson experience with executivelevel client management.

Excellent communication budgeting and organizational skills.

PMI certification preferred; travel may be required.
