Minutes to Seconds is looking for an Oracle Finance Cloud Analyst in a fulltime role in Melbourne.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
System Implementation & Support:
- Lead the implementation configuration and support of Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AP AR GL FA Cash Management etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to map business requirements to Oracle Finance Cloud functionalities.
- Provide postimplementation support and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Lead the implementation configuration and support of Oracle Finance Cloud modules (AP AR GL FA Cash Management etc.).
Business Process Optimization:
- Analyze and improve finance business processes by leveraging Oracle Cloud solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and recommend best practices for financial reporting and compliance.

User Training & Documentation:
- Develop and deliver user training for finance teams and other stakeholders.
- Create and maintain system documentation including business process flows functional specifications and user guides.

Customization & Integration:
- Work with technical teams to design and implement custom reports dashboards and financial analytics.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle Finance Cloud and other ERP systems or thirdparty applications.

Compliance & Reporting:
- Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in audits by providing necessary financial data and documentation.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems or a related field.
- Oracle Finance Cloud certification is preferred.

Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (Cloud/ERP).
- Proven track record of leading finance system implementations.
- Strong understanding of finance processes (General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable etc.).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Financials (Cloud/ERP).
Skills:
- Expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL AP AR FA Cash Management).
- Proficient in SQL OTBI FRS and other Oracle Cloud reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in Oracle Finance Cloud modules (GL AP AR FA Cash Management).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating Oracle Finance Cloud with other cloud or onpremises ERP systems.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and audit requirements.
- Project management experience with agile or waterfall methodologies.

Demonstrated experience implementing secure web based business solutions, specifically: experience developing web APIs using Azure API Manager and customer facing web portal development using .NET Framework (including .NET Core) and ASP.NET Experience developing single-page web applications using either Angular 7+ or React Demonstrated experience in Azure based solution implementation, including: Azure technologies, such as: Azure Logic Apps, Azure SQL and Azure Service Bus and Azure API Manager Azure DevOps and Visual Studio for code development, management, repositories and deployments (CI/CD) integrating custom built apps with third-party systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
