Job Description
Job Title: Supervisor**
Location: Surat
Department: Retail manufacture
Reports To : Manager
Salary 15K fix
**Job Summary:**
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their team ensuring productivity quality and adherence to company policies. This role involves managing staff providing guidance and support and fostering a positive work environment to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of insert number employees; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and facilitate skill development; onboard new employees effectively.
Operations Oversight: Monitor daytoday activities to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met; resolve any operational issues that arise.
Communication:** Foster open communication within the team and with other departments; act as a liaison between staff and upper management.
**Qualifications:**
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a supervisory role or similar position.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problemsolving abilities.
Proficient in specific software or tools relevant to the job.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
