Facilities Technician
Pay:$18/HR. (Based on experience)
Hours:Day Shift
Job type:Temp Position (46 months with a possibility to go perm)
Location:Catoosa Oklahoma
Job Description:
The Facilities Technician is responsible for managing maintenance tasks conducting repairs and ensuring the safety and functionality of all facility systems.
What youll be doing:
- Managing and navigating the maintenance CMMS system for accurate reporting.
- Conducting preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems electrical systems generators and other facility equipment.
- Troubleshooting building infrastructure systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Ensuring compliance with LOTO procedures and Red Tag Permit Instructions.
- Performing monthly inspections on production equipment and replacing parts as needed.
- Collaborating with building management on facility system renovations and improvements.
- Reporting maintenance metrics to management and coordinating monthly inspections with department managers.
- Traveling to various locations within the Port to perform maintenance tasks.
MustHave Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using the maintenance CMMS system.
- Experience with HVAC systems electrical systems and generators.
- Knowledge of LOTO procedures and Red Tag Permit Instructions.
- Valid drivers license for site travel within the Port.
- Strong multitasking skills in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Regularattendance punctuality and willingness to work onsite and overtime as needed.
