As a CSR you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or issues related to telephone and internet services. Your role involves providing accurate information answering inquiries and resolving emerging problems with efficiency and accuracy. With other office duties as needed.

Manage incoming phone calls generate new customer accounts. Keep customer information confidential. General Office duties; typing filing helping customers complete forms. Knowledge of computers and software applications like Word and Excel. Proven organizational and time management skills. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Advocate for customers when necessary. Gather valuable customer feedback. Excellent written and Verbal communication skills. Troubleshoot issues and investigate when information is insufficient. And other duties from time to time as directed by Management. Must have a valid Oregon driver s license. Must have reliable transportation. High school diploma or GED. Excellent communication skills.
