Job description:
We are looking for a talented D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Business Analyst. This is a new implementation and the position is permanent. The work is hybrid with 3 days onsite per week and begins ASAP.
In this customerfacing role you will be a vital link between business requirements and technical solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement platform. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation customization and optimization of D365 Customer Engagement solutions enhancing our customer relationship management processes. The D365 CE Business Analyst will report to our Director New Applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather document and prioritize functional and technical requirements for D365 Customer Engagement projects.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes and workflows identifying opportunities for enhancement and optimization.
2. Solution Design and Configuration:
Leverage your experience to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications and solution designs within the D365 Customer Engagement platform.
Customize and configure D365 Customer Engagement modules entities workflows business rules and processes to align seamlessly with business needs.
3. User Training and Support:
Utilize your customerfacing skills to provide handson training and support to end users ensuring they leverage D365 Customer Engagement functionalities effectively.
Address user inquiries promptly troubleshoot issues and facilitate resolutions to maintain optimal system performance.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
Draw from your experience to develop and execute meticulous test plans scripts and scenarios to validate the accuracy and functionality of D365 Customer Engagement configurations.
Collaborate closely with testing teams proactively identifying and addressing defects and issues during testing phases.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
Leverage your attention to detail to create comprehensive documentation including requirement documents solution designs user manuals and process flows.
Develop insightful reports and dashboards to communicate project progress key performance indicators and system metrics effectively.
6. Continuous Improvement:
Stay attuned to industry trends best practices and advancements related to D365 Customer Engagement and CRM systems.
Demonstrate your proactive approach by identifying opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements that drive elevated business value.
7. Project Management (asset):
Assist in project planning scoping and estimation utilizing your expertise to ensure the success of D365 Customer Engagement implementations and enhancements.
Act as a bridge between crossfunctional teams including developers testers and project managers fostering effective communication and collaboration for seamless project delivery.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field.
3 years of proven experience as a Functional and Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
Deep knowledge of D365 Customer Engagement functionalities configurations and customizations.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities enabling you to translate business requirements into impactful solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Ability to work independently managing multiple tasks effectively within a fastpaced environment.
Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or related technologies are an asset.
