Job Description
Job timings: Mon Fri 8 AM 5 PM US CST time
Job Location: Islamabad (Onsite)
We are seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master with over 7 years of experience in managing agile projects across crossfunctional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring agile principles and practices are implemented effectively facilitating team collaboration and continuously driving improvements in product development processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Scrum Master for multiple teams ensuring proper use of agile practices and principles for efficient delivery of value to the customers.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Standups Sprint Planning Retrospectives and Reviews).
- Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them by finding the right personnel to resolve issues.
- Help the team maintain a sustainable pace and ensure a focus on continuous improvement.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks helping the team improve on velocity quality and overall performance.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a wellrefined product backlog.
- Use Agile tools (such as JIRA) to track progress generate reports and ensure visibility for all stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team
Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master managing agile projects across diverse teams.
- Proficient in Agile tools like JIRA (required) for managing backlogs sprints and progress tracking.
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with remote and distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in coaching teams and facilitating Agile transformations.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to anticipate and manage risks proactively.
