You Will: Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex defense projects on time in full & to quality and within budget. Youll be the primary point of contact ensuring seamless project and stakeholder satisfaction.
You Are: A skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in handling crossfunctional projects teams that involve mechanical electrical and software components. Youre organized a strong communicator and excel in fastpaced environments.
You Have: Demonstrated success in managing small or largescale projects especially within the defense or technology sectors with a solid grasp of technical integration processes.

Synopsis of your Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Project Manager with expertise in the Defence manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and delivering multiple smallscale or large projects within set timelines driving efficiency and introducing innovative Products to enhance project . The Project Manager will work closely with the CrossFunctional Team (CFT) to ensure the successful delivery of domestic projects in line with company goals.
You are responsible for:
Lead and manage small/Large projects team ensuring completion within the established deadlines.
Ensure timely delivery of multiple domestic projects within six months adhering to the Key Result Area (KRA) for delivery schedules.
Introduce or implement innovative manufacturing or processes to improve overall project delivery performance.
Collaborate with the HOD s of different departments CrossFunctional Team (CFT) to develop comprehensive project plans leveraging functional expertise.
Ensure projects are aligned with company objectives and customer requirements particularly within the Defence sector.
Monitor and control project timelines budgets and resources to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Implement at least one new key process to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and execute project plans for three domestic projects ensuring they are delivered on time.
Regularly track and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks early.
Competencies:
Demonstrate strong assertiveness ownership and leadership in managing projects.
Exhibit excellent communication skills ensuring clear and timely updates to stakeholders.
Maintain discipline in project with a focus on achieving results.
Display a commanding presence in driving project outcomes ensuring compliance to military/Defence manufacturing standards.

Areas of Expertise:
Strong knowledge of the Defence manufacturing sector including industryspecific regulations and standards.
Familiarity with manufacturing processes and/or the automobile sector will be advantageous.
Ability to work in a highpressure dynamic environment managing multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Qualifications:
B.Tech/BE in Mechanical /ECE
Hands on Experience with working on SAP ERP
PMP certification or similar project management qualifications are desirable.
Proven experience in the Defence or Manufacturing sectors is required.
Compensation:
Competitive salary within the range of 1220 LPA commensurate with experience.
