Sales Development Representative

The Opportunity: Sales Leadership Accelerator is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. You will work directly with some of the best minds in the industry including Kevin Dorsey a worldrenowned sales leader. This role will give you the opportunity to learn sales from the ground up develop your skills and contribute to the companys growth.

What Youll Do:

Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting efforts.

Research potential clients and tailor outreach strategies to build meaningful relationships.

Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales staff.

Maintain and update the CRM with accurate and detailed information on prospects.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing qualified opportunities.

Work closely with leadership to meet and exceed performance goals.

Requirements:

C2 Level English proficiency.

12 years of experience selling into USA B2B companies.

Successful cold calling track record and desire to make 100 cold calls a day

Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Experience with sales tools such as Hubspot Apollo Heyreach and LinkedIn Sales Nav

Passion for learning and developing a career in sales.

Whats in it for You:

Salary: $2000 $2500 USD per month commission.

Contract: Fulltime 9 am 5 pm EST.
