Roles and Responsibility:
- Manage Sales Process and Oversee the entire sales process from enquiry to and delivery ensuring timely responses to customer requests.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met efficiently and effectively.
- Create and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the business plan adapting product offerings and branding based on customer needs and competitive analysis.
- Identify Sales Opportunities by Regularly visit existing customers and engage with consultants and government offices to showcase the product portfolio and generate inquiries.
- Enhance Customer Relationships by Building and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business through exceptional service.
- Expand Dealer Network by Evaluating and appoint dealers based on target segments and regions providing robust training and support to drive sales.
- Oversee the order process addressing challenges promptly and respond to customer requests for installations and services.
- Establish a performancedriven culture within the sales team to motivate and engage members towards achieving sales goals.
