Position: Manager Service
Experience: 1420 Years
Location: Mumbai
Roles & Responsibility:
1. Generating leads and Enquiries: Identify potential OEM customers and generate sales inquiries. Analyze customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions.Understand market trends and customer demands to drive sales growth.
2. Negotiation: Proposal submission to customers and negotiation
3. Order Booking: Coordinate with the back office to ensure accurate and timely order processing. Develop and implement strategies to achieve order booking targets. Monitor order status and update customers on progress.
4. Sales plan: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth of sales plans. Align sales activities with overall business goals and objectives. Track sales performance and modify strategies as needed to meet targets.
5. Payment Collection and Controlling Overdue Payments: Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and dealers. Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments effectively.
6. Knowledge Sharing about the Product with Customers: Provide detailed product information and technical support to customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers. Stay updated with product developments and share relevant knowledge with customers.
Prerequisites:
1) Knowledge: Geography of the Western India (Maharashtra Gujarat Goa) customers and industrial segments. Competitors of our products and their market positioning. Well versed in commercial terms and conditions
2) Products: Couplings/ Bearings/ Motors/Pullies/Compressor Industry
3) Customer Industry: Steel Cement Sugar Plastic Paper Mining Crane & Hoist Construction OEMs and Material Handling
