MES Application Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Developer to support and maintain our Manufacturing System (MES) Application. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing environments and be proficient in handling support tickets performing system configurations and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and Maintenance:

  • Prioritize and analyze support tickets/issues related to the MES Application.
  • Provide timely resolutions to users for reported issues.

• Plant Configuration Activities:

  • Configure systems to address audit and checklist questions.
  • Implement changes to Bill of Materials (BOM) or part numbers as requested by operations Manufacturing Engineering (ME) or Quality Engineering (QE).
  • Manage the addition of part number substitutes.
  • Conduct frontend verification for changes and manage work order downloads.

• Testing and Support:

  • Assist in testing enhancements fixes and hot patches in both Simulation and Integration environments.
  • Coordinate with the Level 2 (L2) support team for incident management.
  • Perform root cause analysis and remediation for recurring issues.

• Collaboration:

  • Work with crossfunctional teams including Business Intelligence (BI) ERP CBS IT and Message Queue (MQ) systems to resolve issues impacting or impacted by the MES.
