Job Description
Resources typical working day:
Building the candidate pipeline by using various job boards. Screening candidates and presenting them to recruiters they will be setting up some interviews with HMs and will be assisting in coordination of hiring events.
Following up with partners in effort to build a candidate pipelines and extend offers.
Roles will be in maintenance engineering technicians and control systems techs.
Years of Experience needed: 2 years of experience is required
Level of Education: H.S Diploma required Bachelors degree is preferred
Systems/Software proficiencies: ATS system knowledge is required
Certifications/Licenses: n/a
Top 5 Must have Skills: Strong team skills experience working with recruiters experience with ATS systems job boards and building pipelines. Experience being held to metrics.
Top 3 Nice to have Skills: More than two years of experience with direct sourcing and experience with sourcing for those listed industries.
