Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background and a proven ability to drive business improvements and strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work with crossfunctional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform business strategy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including business cases and user stories.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present findings.
- Monitor project progress and performance ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field; Masters preferred.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of business process modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
