Job Overview: The Associate Economic Analyst will assist in conducting economic research analyzing data and providing insights to support decisionmaking processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills to present findings to various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative economic research to support projects and initiatives.
- Analyze economic data and trends to identify patterns and provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and share economic insights.
- Assist in the development of economic models and forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and economic policies affecting the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Economics Finance Statistics or a related field (Masters preferred).
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in statistical software (e.g. R Stata or SAS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous internship or work experience in economic analysis is a plus.
