Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our Private Equity team. This entrylevel position offers an exciting opportunity to support the investment analysis and financial modeling processes within a dynamic private equity firm. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills a solid understanding of financial concepts and a keen interest in private equity investments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial models including discounted cash flow (DCF) comparable company analysis and precedent transactions.
• Data Management: Collect organize and maintain financial data from various sources to support investment evaluations and reporting.
• Investment Research: Conduct market research and perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities including industry trends and competitor analysis.
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders summarizing financial performance and investment prospects.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze portfolio performance track key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the preparation of periodic reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts associates and other team members to support deal and portfolio management activities.
• Administrative Support: Provide general support to the finance team including maintaining documentation scheduling meetings and coordinating with external parties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Experience: 02 years of relevant experience in finance accounting or a related field. Internships or academic projects related to financial analysis or private equity are a plus.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and financial modeling.
  • Familiarity with financial software and tools (e.g. Bloomberg Capital IQ) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Certifications: CFA Level 1 or progress towards CFA designation is a plus but not required.
