Job Description: In the role of Growth Equity yst you will focus on identifying and yzing highgrowth companies that are poised for significant expansion and profitability. Your work will involve detailed financial ysis market research and collaboration with senior team members to develop investment theses and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform rigorous financial modeling and scenario ysis to evaluate potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct indepth market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscapes.
• Support the investment process by preparing detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior ysts and ociates in the due diligence process and postinvestment monitoring.
• Stay informed of technological and regulatory developments in key sectors such as technology healthcare and consumer goods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Business or a related field with a strong academic record.
• 13 years of experience in investment banking private equity or growth equity with a focus on financial ysis and due diligence.
• Strong quantitative and ytical ss with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ss with the ability to present complex information in an organized and accessible manner.
• Driven and motivated individual with a keen interest in growth equity investing.

Compensation: $90000 $110000 per year plus bonuses based on individual and firm performance.
