Role Overview:
A comprehensive design and project management firm based in Orlando FL is seeking an experienced Landscape Project Manager. This firm specializes in land planning landscape architectural design and graphic design offering services across a variety of sectors including residential commercial public and entertainment. The company prides itself on a holistic design approach working closely with clients and partners to deliver highquality awardwinning projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee landscape planning design and detailed planting plans for a variety of projects.
- Manage all phases of projects from conceptual design through to construction administration.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams clients and external partners to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Lead project teams ensuring clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with zoning regulations environmental guidelines and other relevant standards.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in design software such as Lumion BIM and Revit is preferred.
- Solid understanding of zoning regulations environmental guidelines and industry standards.
- Proven experience in landscape planning landscape design and landscape architecture.
- Strong ability to create detailed planting plans and ensure their successful implementation.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with a focus on client satisfaction and team coordination.
