Job Description
A prominent health plan client of ours is actively seeking a HRP Configuration Manager to join their team on a contract basis. This exciting opportunity allows you to leverage your expertise in HealthEdge Configuration while leading a talented team of around 15 members. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of health plan configuration complemented by a strong background in HealthEdges HealthRules Payor platform. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven experience in configuration management within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:-
Team Leadership: Lead a team of approximately 15 configuration specialists fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture. Provide guidance mentorship and support to team members in their professional growth and project .

HealthEdge Configuration Management: Oversee the HealthEdge Configuration processes ensuring all projects align with organizational standards and objectives. Manage the endtoend configuration lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and testing.

Project Oversight: Act as the primary point of contact for configurationrelated projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the required quality standards. This includes setting clear project goals timelines and deliverables.

Stakeholder Communication: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand configuration requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Present regular updates to leadership regarding project status risks and milestones.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and best practices within HealthEdge Configuration. Implement strategies to improve efficiency reduce errors and optimize resource utilization.

Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all configurations comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to validate configurations against business requirements.

Experience:
- 35 years of handson experience in HealthEdge HRP Configuration preferably in a lead or managerial role.
- Proven track record in managing health plan configurations demonstrating expertise in health insurance operations and processes.

Certifications:
- Must possess the HealthRules Payor Business Configuration Certification from HealthEdge. This is nonnegotiable.

Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in HealthEdge software and related configuration tools.
- Experience with health plan configuration methodologies and frameworks.

Leadership Skills:
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of managing teams effectively.
- Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills particularly in highpressure environments.

Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in presenting to stakeholders and managing multiple relationships effectively.
