Job Description
Role:
In the role of Delivery Lead within ERP you will be responsible for the successful delivery of the milestone called Horizon 1 specifically the part of the scope related to the ERP global template (configuration customizations and integrations). This includes organizing leading and overseeing work teams methodologies and technologies from the requirements analysis phase to the delivery phase.
The countryspecific implementation of the ERP global template in a particular country is currently planned to be handled by a separate implementation team (transition team) than the teams developing and delivering the ERP global template products and platform.
Essential requirements:
- Previous experience in the role of delivery lead/project manager for ERP system implementations
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
- Ability to set deadlines assign responsibilities to work teams and monitor the progress of activities.
- Ability to relate effectively with internal and external customers.
- Project manager certification will be considered an asset.
- Retail experience
