As the Integration Leader for the Vehicle Software Factory you will be pivotal in ensuring seamless software integration across various systems and components. You will also support software development teams in formulating test strategies and creating comprehensive verification plans thereby enhancing the overall testing knowledge within the teams. Additionally you will drive improvement initiatives within the testing and integration processes collaborating with other technology streams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and oversee systemlevel integration efforts ensuring that all software components are effectively integrated and tested.
Work closely with software development teams to establish robust testing strategies and verification plans that align with project timelines.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within teams to enhance overall testing and integration capabilities.
Identify areas for improvement within testing and integration workflows implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment and integration across various technology streams.
Required Skills and Competencies:

Extensive experience in technology/product development and product testing with a proven track record of driving positive change within these domains.
Knowledge of the trucking industry is highly beneficial with a truck driving license (C or CE) being a desirable asset.

An engineering degree or equivalent experience showcasing a solid technical foundation.
