Job Description

We are hiring for a Manager Sales position in Mumbai! If you have strong experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Sales Business Development and Project Sales for products like ETP Recycling STP WTP UF RO ZLD this opportunity is for you!

Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive sustainable profitable business growth manage customer relationships and develop strategies for domestic and international markets. The candidate will play a key role in achieving business goals expanding market reach and promoting new product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue contribution DSO and other business unit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic short medium and longterm plans for customers segments and products.
  • Manage profitability and cash flow through value selling inventory control and efficient management of account receivables.
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers channel partners and principals in domestic and international markets.
  • Maximize profitability by creating a strong order pipeline focusing on new projects and replacement market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to understand customer needs and deliver value propositions through strategic customer engagements.
  • Develop market intelligence through competitive landscape analysis market share mapping and stakeholder assessments.
  • Lead marketing and communication strategies through direct selling events exhibitions and projects.
  • Foster new product development by addressing market gaps and collaborating with manufacturing and product teams.
  • Ensure talent development through leadership training and employee satisfaction initiatives.
  • Strengthen principal relationships by serving as the primary business contact driving technology and business development.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in WWTP Sales or Business Development.

  • Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
  • Expertise in customer and principal engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Operational excellence and talent development experience.
  • Deep domain knowledge in Water & Wastewater Treatment products and segments.
