Description:
Candidate will be responsible for accurately entering information into database communicating with licence holders and assist with other duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Reviewing licence documents to determine reporting data
Entering data into database and excel
Verifying of data entered by external parties in database and the Digital Regulatory Assurance System
Contacting external parties to validate data and make change requests
Entering noncompliances found into Digital Regulatory Assurance System
Assist with any other office duties as required.

Ability to understand interpret and validate data submissions
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team/collaborative environment
Experience in working with organization database software
Ability to locate and correct data entry errors
Judgment tact and diplomacy when working with stakeholders
Excellent coordination planning and prioritization skills to ensure critical operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Troubleshooting skills that will enable you to solve issues as they arise.

Per worker model below this is a Hybrid role.
Working Hours:
e.g. Standard Hours of work are 8:15 to 4:30 with a 1 hr lunch break Alberta time Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by the province.
In office will be in office with discussion on transitioning to remote work once fully trained

Standard Background check required.
The Supplier shall prior to commencement of the Services provide the Province on its request and at no cost to the Province with criminal record checks.
Mandatory Training Courses:
Once hired the resource will be required to complete all mandatory training which includes but not limited to Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act Security/Cybersecurity Information Management and Respect in the Workplace. There may also be other mandatory and/or optional training.

Equipment requirements:
The Resource must provide their own computer and related equipment. The computers operating system must be a modern version of Windows or MacOS that is compatible with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and related software for remote access. Windows is preferred due to better compatibility. AVD/remoterelated software will be installed on the resources computer.
The fixed rate quoted must be inclusive of all overhead office space and equipment including supplies administrative burden markup and all other costs to perform the Services for the duration of the Contract.
