Job Description
Overview:
TekWissen Group is a workforce management provider throughout the USA and many other countries in the world. Our client is a media and entertainment company that develops produces and markets entertainment news and information. It owns and operates a portfolio of news and entertainment television networks a motion picture company television production operations a television stations group theme parks and a suite of Internetbased businesses.
Position: Data Analyst Intermediate
Location: Universal City CA 91608
Duration: 4 Months

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Excellent organizational analytical and problemsolving ability
- Strong and effective communicator both verbally and written with ability to interface with various departments of the company as well as outside vendors and contractors.
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members and able to retrieve data for presentation preparation purposes
- Detail oriented with proven ability to orchestrate and execute multiple activities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment using resources effectively and efficiently
- Able to represent the company at all times with high moral and ethical conduct
- Proven ability to work independently with little to no direction and maintain a strong focus on business priorities and be persistent in followthrough
- Develop project timelines and manage project deliverables
- Ability to adapt and implement new software into existing workflows
- Review security assessments record findings in reporting system report out to the team on findings and raise awareness of critical issues
- Coordinate and schedule security engagements with 3rd party vendors by following a defined assessment process
- Regularly create reports on all aspects of 3rd Party Assessment Program using Tableau Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Ensure vendor data is current and free of discrepancies
- Coordinate with internal security teams to develop remediation plans for each vendor based on assessment findings
- Coordinate and schedule remediation followup with 3rd party vendors
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering information systems computer science or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years experience in technology space with demonstrated experience in security arenas
Eligibility Requirements:
- Must be willing to work in Universal City CA
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Desired Characteristics:
- The MPAAs Content Security Program including Management Systems Physical Security Digital Security Cloud & Application Security
- Intrusion detection and prevention software and definition vs AI/machine learning based technologies
- Encryption technologies both filebased and filesystembased encryption atrest and inmotion
- Multifactor authentication and password complexity
- Vulnerability scanning technologies
- Penetration testing
- Network architecture including firewalls VLANs subnets IP routing etc.
- Authoritative security sources such as ISO NIST
- Secure file transfer technologies and methods such as Signiant Aspera Hightail WeTransfer Wiredrive
- Media streaming technologies and platforms
- Digital Rights Management (DRM) technologies such as: Widevine PlayReady Primetime Fairplay
- Media sharing & media storage: Dropbox Box NAS SAN
- Microsoft Office tools; Outlook Word Excel Powerpoint Visio
- Work management platforms such as Smartsheet Slack
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Business intelligence tools such as Tableau
- Content protection technologies such as visible/invisible/forensic watermarking and detection. Single and multikey watermarks and sessionbased watermarks
- Trusted Partner Network (TPN) initiative with MPAA/CDSA and the Studios
