Mauser Packaging Solutions is looking for a passionate and highlymotivated Head of Sales Small Packaging based in our Headquarter in Brhl.

Tasks

  • Sales Management of small packaging product range and services for the region of Europe South America Africa and Asia
  • Functional Leadership of Sales Team for Small Packaging in MIPS region
  • Development of Small Packaging Product Range
  • Close CoOperation with Plant Managers to analyze Sales Output & Production Capacities
  • Optimization of Process Steps within Order2Cash process
  • Margin Analysis and Price Management
  • Key Account Management of selected KeyCustomers (International Sales);
  • Budget Planning (Purchasing and Sales of Packaging)
  • Acquisition of New Customers / Management of Existing Customer Relationships
  • CoOperation with other SalesManagers of MAUSER on global level
  • Finalization of offers Implementation of 1st orders into existing process flows
  • Leadership and Assistance in line with tender processes for Key Accounts
  • CoOperation in global projects of MAUSER
  • Active contribution and participation in TradeFairEvents or other Events
  • Leadership and Assistance in SalesActivities
  • Participation within training programs of NCG and MAUSER

Requirements

  • University/business school degree or technical education with practical business experience
  • StateoftheArt computer skills in Microsoft Office applications
  • German and English proficiency
  • Result driven Entrepreneur with high selfmotivation and discipline
  • High affinity for working within an global team on solutions for Key Customers or on customer projects.
  • Solution driven and customer orientated working behavior
  • Experienced Team Leader in an International Sales Environment
  • Advanced Technical Competence in field of rigid small packaging products
  • Handson mentality assertiveness teamoriented approach analytical thinking and enjoyment of working in an international environment
  • Willingness to work in the field of external sales with frequent business travels
