Job Description
CS Group Germany GmbH is looking for a Head of Accounting & Controlling reporting directly to the CFO of the Space Business Unit and working closely with the local Director of Operations. You will strengthen and develop the Finance team in Germany providing a strong core to our next stage of development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Management of controlling and financial accounting;
- Responsible for the monthly reporting and the annual financial audited accounts;
- Rolling forecasting on a quarterly basis;
- Close cooperation with Managers and other stakeholders;
- Further development of reporting and control processes;
- Management of the Financial Accounting teams.
Qualifications :
You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:
- Bachelors in accounting or Controlling;
- At least 35 years related experience preferably in a large multinational environment and bring experience in working with corporate reporting tools;
- Good understanding of German tax laws regulations and reporting requirements along with proficiency in German GAAP;
- Strong communication analytical thinking and problemsolving skills;
- Team player and have a proactive mentality;
- Fluency in German and English; written oral and presentation skills;
- Interpersonal and leadership skills which allow you to interact and develop strong professional relationships.
