The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for a creative and analytical product designer with handson user research experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding enterprise user needs and translating them into actionable design solutions that drive success.

Your role in our team
- Design and prototype with a focus on responsive and adaptive design principles ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across all devices.
- Conduct user research to uncover insights into user behaviors needs and pain points especially in enterprise contexts and utilize these insights to inform product decisions and build great products.
- Be a trusted partner to product managers and collaborate closely with engineers and stakeholders to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet business and user needs.
- Utilize Figma and other design tools to create wireframes prototypes and highfidelity designs incorporating feedback to refine the product continuously.
What youll bring
- Over 4 years of relevant design experience with a focus on product or user research.
- Previous experience working in a startup/ scaleup or fast growth environment eager to embrace changes iterate quickly see challenges as opportunities.
- Previous experience achieving meaningful impact (moving the needle of a key business or product metric) and being able to make good decisions based on business context product data and user understanding.
- Confident English speaker able to conduct interviews
- Proficiency in Figma and other design and prototyping tools backed by a strong grasp of design fundamentals.
- A strong portfolio that showcases your skill in product design user research and your ability to tackle complex problems with strategic design thinking.
- Bachelors degree in Design HumanComputer Interaction Product Management or a related field or equivalent experience.
