Desired qualifications (nice to have):
Master’s degree in aerospace engineering or similar
Necessary qualifications:
- Independently perform all Aircraft / Systemlevel Safety analyses
- Take Technical Responsibility for System level Safety analyses across the Safety V cycle
- Develop & update applicable Safety Processes and Procedures.
- Align with the Systems Design and Installation team regarding the applicable safety requirements.
- Proactively identify Safety certification gaps/issues and work toward their resolution.
- Work with suppliers to achieve the target Safety levels.
- Support various Common Cause Analyses (CCA) including Particular Risk Analysis (PRA) and Zonal Safety Analysis (ZSA)
- Manage the Validation and Verification of Safety Requirements
Desired qualifications (nice to have):
- Experience in Safety Processes covering AFHA SFHA PSSA CMA SSA FMEA and Reliability Prediction of Complex Systems
- Handson experience in Safety tools like Reliability Workbench CAFTA or equivalent FTA software
- Good knowledge of Avionics Electrical & Auto Pilot domains
- Familiarity with SAE ARP4754B and ARP4761A standards
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills as an autonomous worker and a good communicator
- Excellent written and oral knowledge of English. German is a plus.
