Job Description
HomeCycle is a solution for making household appliances more circular. Its mission is to offer a sustainable and responsible alternative to the traditional purchase of household appliances: rental.
By controlling the entire life cycle of an appliance rental makes it possible to use the product more circularly. Homecycle collects cleans repairs and reconditions products at the end of their contract putting them back on the rental market.
Thanks to rentals everyone can now buy household appliances at a lower cost while taking concrete action to protect our planet.
HomeCycle was created by a startup studio Jumanji Studio. The Startup Studio is a company specializing in the creation and launch of startups. The Jumanji Studio teams are on hand to support some of the startups projects to develop Homecycle.
About the Fellowship
This experience will allow you to see how a startup is created from its beginnings with an experienced entrepreneur to better immerse yourself in the world of impact (circular economy environment etc) but also to be able to discover what a Startup Studio is.
The fellowship is a 2/3 month mission that requires some hours per week of work on average which can be flexible and remote.
We want to work with people who have a real ambition for the planet. If you see yourself as dedicating all your skills for a positive change then well show you its possible.
Tasks
Engineer profile who can help us develop a robust system to ensure longterm payments by our rental clients. This involves a client vetting system (before they are clients) and a client repayment system (once they are clients). This involves researching evaluating and ideally implementing software and/or hardware solutions to do this.
