About the role
You will be working with an AIdriven security solution that aims to protect IoT devices products and data. Your teams mission is to ensure customer success through the successful renewal of BlackBerrys nextgeneration software services. Your primary focus will be to run sales cycles with existing clients from management to CLevel consistently and predictably ensuring contract renewals. This is a DACHbased quota closing role with a focus on Germany Austria & Switzerland markets ranging from SMB to Enterprise market customers.
Tasks
What you will be doing:
- Run the sales process and strengthen relationship with existing clients to ensure renewals of the subscription based contracts
- Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
- Consistently utilize SalesForce CRM tools to track and manage activity forecast business and process orders
- Ensure that customers derive maximum value from their investment in BlackBerry utilize all their licenses identify new opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment and increased footprint.
Requirements
Who are you:
- First language: German Excellent proficiency in English.
- Min 6 months of proven B2B sales experience
- Being able to work on a hybrid model from our Barcelona office.
