Job Description
Our client is one of Europes leading specialist publishing houses for corporate media. With its headquarters in Munich and representative offices across the world our client publishes premium magazines and online media for renowned national and international companies.
On behalf of our client we are currently recruiting for the position Junior Online Editor (m/f) Full Time to join the team at the headquarter in Munich Germany.
Start: ASAP
Tasks
This is an integral role within the Editorial team working on luxury lifestyle magazines and websites for international premium American Express Cardmembers. Centurion and Departures magazines are published quarterly while the publications companion websites are updated regularly.
KEY TASKS:
- Uploading coordinating and managing the digital content and translations on multiple CMS/websites
- Assist in researching and factchecking articles for magazines and websites
- Proofreading and editing texts to be cohesive with our style and voice
- Contribute ideas research and write up articles for online publications
- Support with SEO and social posts
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- *Native English speaker*
- Strong writing grammar and proofreading skills
- Strong affinity for digital publishing
- Ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
SKILLS WELCOMED:
- BA in marketing journalism languages or related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with Content Management Systems and SEO
- Knowledge of photo and layout editing software is a plus (Photoshop InDesign)
- Additional languages (especially German) are not required but would be advantageous.
