Tasks
- Define and refine software delivery processes for maximum efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate project objectives and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress identify and mitigate risks and optimize workflows
- Drive operational excellence and high organizational performance
- Introduce and champion the implementation of Kanban and Scrum methodologies into our existing processes
- Prepare lead and document meetings throughout the product life cycle; including dailies grooming meetings and retrospectives
- Define metrics for success and convey a datadriven mindset
- Handle resource allocation task assignments and workload balancing
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align development efforts with the product roadmap
- Maintain documentation of software delivery processes guidelines and best practices
- Proactively anticipate challenges develop innovative solutions and implement effective strategies to overcome obstacles in project
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a Software Delivery Manager project management or similar role in a technical environment
- Experience with project management Kanban and Agile methodologies
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills
- Strong leadership and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage time wisely and work well under pressure
- Datadriven mindset with the ability to use metrics for decisionmaking
- Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Fluent English German language skills are a plus
