Job Description
CEPA is a Germanbased company which specializes in universitylevel academic facultyled programs summer and semester programs as well as the organization of higher level seminars and professional workshops.
Our European Study Center (ESC) Strasbourg is located in the Chteau de Pourtals.
We accept applications for internships starting every January/ February and every fall in August/September. In addition we welcome initiative applications throughout the year. Please feel free to contact us and tell us about yourself!
Tasks
European Study Center Strasbourg:
- Project management: organization and implementation of facultyled programs in Europe
- Expanding and cultivating contacts with companies or institutions who welcome our groups
- Budgeting and cost control
- Research and analysis on cultural and academic topics related to new study abroad topics and regions
- Evaluation of customer reviews
Chteau de Pourtals:
- Reception and guest service with checkin and checkout
- Breakfast service with preparation and cleanup
- Back office support
Requirements
- Bachelors degree (tourism business administration cultural studies or similar)
- Previous experience abroad and in the organization of events/group trips preferred
- Fluency in English further language skills in French German Italian or Spanish preferred
- Advanced MS Office skills
- High level of teamwork and communication skills
