We have partnered with a Public Accounting firm in the Wakefield MA area to provide them with a Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager:

#1. Bachelors degree in accounting finance or a related field required. Masters degree preferred

#2. 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services including leadership roles.

#3. Experience in CAAS field preferred

#4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards

#5. No more than three jobs in the last ten years.

Requirements for the Client Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager:

• A degree in accounting finance or a related discipline is required; a masters degree is advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services with leadership experience.
• Preferably experienced in the CAAS domain.
• Indepth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations.
• Expertise in client relationship management.
• Strong skills in business development and sales.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in using accounting software and related technology.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloudbased accounting platforms is preferred.

Other Key Requirements:

• Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule
