Registered Nurse - RN ICU

Position: RN ICU
Location: Brevard NC
Pay Rate: $53/hour
Shift: Night

Responsibilities:

• Conducting patient assessments making diagnoses and developing comprehensive treatment plans.
• Collaborating with family members counselors physicians and other healthcare professionals to create holistic patient care strategies.
• Integrating traditional nursing methodologies with innovative techniques for optimal patient outcomes.
• Offering support and guidance to patients caregivers and families throughout the healthcare journey.
• Documenting detailed progress notes and adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Motivating and encouraging patients particularly during challenging phases of their recovery.
• Managing patient databases and meticulously updating medical records.
• Staying informed about advancements in nursing practices and the broader medical field.

Requirements:

• Masters degree in nursing or equivalent.
• BLS & ACLS is mandatory.
• Specialized experience in specific patient populations or medical conditions may be required.
• Possession of a valid nursing license and relevant certifications.
