Smart Solar Solutions LLC has an opening for an experienced OR entrylevel/apprentice Installer. This is a great handson learning position for someone who has experience as a technician in small engine repair appliance installation maintenance other mechanical knowledge or a seasoned HVAC or solar Installer.

Our Solar Installer Will:

• Arrive at 6:15 a.m. and review the daily schedule
• Load up the truck & trailer with supplies for the day
• Drive to the job site
• Install rails mount solar equipment install batteries run wires etc.
• Assist with Minisplit installation install an air handling system run lines install an outdoor condenser unit etc.
• Work with 12 other install techs
• Get back to the shop by 4:30 p.m. on most days
• Receive onthejob training as an entrylevel candidate or be paid for your experience as a skilled candidate

Our Ideal Solar Installer:

• Electrical solar or HVAC experience is a plus
• EPA certification is a plus
• Able to lift 75 lbs. & perform the physical labor involved in installation and repair
• Able to use hand and power tools
• Must be able to work from a ladder
• Mechanical aptitude
• Desire to be part of a team with a commitment to providing excellent service to our customers
• Must be 21 years of age & have a clean driving record of 5 years
• Pass a DOT physical & background check

• $22$28/hour depending on experience
• Consistent fulltime hours 4550 hours a week
