Water Wastewater Leader

We are seeking an experienced Water & Wastewater (WWW) Leader to join our team and help expand our WWW practice. This is a strategic role that blends business development project and leadership in both water treatment and conveyance systems.

Location: Based in any of the 7 offices in the Southeastern Pennsylvania area

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary leader and technical expert for the firms WWW projects focusing on both treatment and conveyance systems
• Act as a sellerdoer leading business development efforts maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients and expanding the firms footprint in the WWW sector
• Present at WWW conferences and industry events establishing the firms reputation and your expertise in the field
• Lead project teams ensuring highquality project and client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop senior and midlevel engineering staff fostering growth and technical expertise within the firm
• Manage complex projects from concept through completion ensuring technical accuracy and budget adherence
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful delivery of WWW services across multiple locations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Environmental or related Engineering field (Masters degree preferred but not required)
• PE is required.
• 15 years of experience in water and wastewater consulting engineering with a strong track record in both treatment and conveyance systems
  
• Extensive experience working with municipal clients and deep knowledge of municipal water and wastewater regulations and challenges
• Recognized presence in the WWW industry with a history of presenting at industry conferences and events
• Strong business development skills and the ability to drive project growth and profitability
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide senior and midlevel engineers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients regulatory agencies and internal teams.

Salary: $160000 $190000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)
